Autumn Ember

Turning colour, harvest and the warm decline of the year.

Curator's statement

Autumn Ember works in the year's richest palette without tipping into cliché. Rather than illustrating leaves, it takes the season's underlying quality — warmth that is fading but still generous, colour banked like coals. Deep russet and amber sit against cooling greys so the warmth reads as precious rather than decorative. It is the most comfortable collection DALFASTART makes, designed for the months when people spend more time indoors and want the room to hold them.

Design philosophy

Banked warmth against cooling neutrals, so richness reads as precious rather than decorative. Mood over motif.
