Terms of service

These terms govern purchases and use of https://staging.dalfastart.com ("DALFASTART"), operated by DALFAST, s.r.o. (IČO 52237826, Na pasekách 3085/20, 831 06 Bratislava, Slovakia). By buying or downloading from the store you agree to them.

1. Digital products

All products are digital downloads. Nothing physical is shipped. After successful payment you receive download links on-screen, by email, and in your account library.

2. Licensing

Your use of the artwork is governed by the license terms attached to the pack you purchase (personal or commercial). The files remain the intellectual property of DALFAST, s.r.o.; you buy a license, not ownership of the artwork.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are listed in euros; applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your country.

4. Refunds

Because files are delivered instantly, sales are final once a download link has been issued. If files are defective or materially not as described, contact us within 14 days and we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

5. Downloads & access

Download links have generous limits (typically 10 downloads over 12 months). Your account library provides ongoing access; we may refresh limits on request. We may suspend access in cases of abuse (e.g. link sharing or redistribution).

6. Acceptable use

You may not redistribute, resell, or share the digital files; claim authorship of the artwork; or use it in unlawful, defamatory, or hateful contexts.

7. Liability

The store and its products are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force when you purchase applies to that purchase. Material changes will be posted on this page.
