Every purchase includes this license automatically. You may:

• Print the artwork for your own home.
• Use a professional printing service.
• Display it in a personal home office.
• Create a limited number of physical gifts.
• Keep backup copies for personal use.

You may not:

• Resell the digital file.
• Share or redistribute it.
• Upload it to another marketplace.
• Sell printed copies.
• Use it for a client or commercial property.
• Claim authorship.
• Register it as a trademark.
• Use it for NFTs, stock libraries or AI training.

Business Display License — €39 per artwork

Covers one legal business entity, up to five business locations, and up to 25 physical prints of the artwork. You may:

• Display inside your one registered business.
• Use it in offices and reception areas.
• Use it in restaurants, salons and retail premises.
• Display it in one short-term rental property.
• Use it in business presentations and internal displays.
• Print it through a professional supplier.

This license does not include merchandise or resale of the artwork in any form. Need more than five locations or 25 prints? See Enterprise below.

Commercial Collection License — €99 for up to 6 artworks

Built for coordinated, multi-piece projects:

• Interior-design projects.
• Property staging.
• Up to six artworks under one license.
• Multiple approved business locations for that project.
• Client installations.
• Coordinated office or hospitality displays.

A separate Commercial Collection license is required for each client project, unless you hold an Enterprise agreement covering multiple projects.

Enterprise License — request a quote

For larger or ongoing use:

• Hotels and large hospitality groups.
• Property developers and franchises.
• More than six artworks, or more than five locations.
• Merchandise or product manufacturing.
• Advertising campaigns and large print runs.
• Exclusive or territorial requests.

Exclusivity is never automatic — it's a specific term we'd agree in writing as part of an Enterprise quote, not a default of any license tier.

Higgsfield's own terms state that it does not claim ownership of outputs or restrict commercial use, but it also makes no warranty concerning originality, legality, or non-infringement of generated content — see Higgsfield's Terms of Use.

We do not promise:

• Guaranteed copyright ownership
• Guaranteed exclusivity
• Guaranteed originality
• Guaranteed non-infringement
• "Never-before-seen" artwork

Business Display covers one legal entity and up to five locations — that's the right fit for most single offices, shops, or restaurants.

I'm decorating a client's home or business as a designer. What do I need?

Commercial Collection, licensed per client project — it covers up to six coordinated artworks for that installation.

Can I upgrade a Personal license to Commercial later?

Yes — contact us with your order reference and we'll apply the difference.

Does any license guarantee the artwork is legally exclusive to me?

No — exclusivity is only ever granted as an explicit written Enterprise term, never a default of any tier. See "Important legal language" above.

License v1.0, effective 1 July 2026. The license attaches permanently to the specific artwork file(s) you purchased under it — it doesn't expire, and it doesn't transfer automatically if you resell a physical print you made.
