Mountain Air

Altitude, clarity and the cold clean geometry of peaks.

Curator's statement

Mountain Air is about thin air and long views. Ridgelines reduce to angular planes, distance flattens into pale bands, and the palette cools as it recedes. There is a stillness particular to altitude — nothing moving for miles — and these compositions aim for exactly that.

Design philosophy

Angular ridge planes, atmospheric perspective flattening with distance, cooling recession.

Colour system

Slate, snow white, cold blue, granite grey, pale gold, deep pine.

Shape language

Angular ridgelines, layered peaks, wide cold skies, atmospheric bands.

Composition

Every piece must be a genuinely original composition. No imitation of an identifiable artist's distinctive style, no reproduction of an existing artwork, and never derived from another DALFASTART artwork.

Ideal spaces

Homes, lodges, offices, hospitality, alpine interiors.

Print formats

1:1, 2:3, 3:2, panoramic.

Collection build-out: 6 published of a planned 120 artworks (5%).
